GS0XBA Helical Gear (Aluminum Alloy) Air Deceleration Motor Series

• GS0XB series adopt aluminum alloy shell with unique design for moisture proof, waterproof and dustproof. The defense level is IP54 and protection class is F.
• It is not necessary to refueling within 2~ 3 years, oil tight and extremely low rate of maintenance.
• Low noise, little vibration, light weight, small size and beautiful appearance.
• Single deceleration ratio owned a wide range: 1: 3~ 200 (Cycloid Deceleration ratio range is 1: 9~ 87)
• Special cast aluminum made rotor to create big breakaway torque with small inertia and reduce the dead time during the starting.
• Motor adopts Swedish SKF bearing, long working life
• Motor mainly adopts high-temperature resistant VITON oil seal to prevent oil leakage back to inside of motor.
• The gear is machined by tightness gear hobbing. Gear machining accuracy level: 2 ~ 3 grade
