Shanghai Tensor 2013 Management Training Program held on May 4th in the Shanghai headquarters.
This was specific to the company management level of each departments and focus on the developing and the comprehensive quality of reserve cadres training meeting. This one was the 3rd meeting already.
The main contents of training as below:
- To strengthen the company system process
- To be a management personnel, what of the concept and quality should have.
- Time and task management theory
In the training, each department also according to their actual situation make the management methods and planning, as a practical step for completing the company vision on next three years.
